We recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton Vail for some spring skiing. The accomodations were truly first class. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The morning stretch classes in the fitness center by Luke were great. We had to leave very early Saturday morning to catch a flight out of Denver. Denise... More

I stayed here just before running the ToughMudder obstacle event at beaver creek for charity and the service was amazing. I was given a welcome bag on arrival, free shuttle into town for the race in the morning and they gave my girlfriend loads of tips on things to do whilst waiting for me (which I believe she ended up... Wife and I had our honeymoon here. We brought along our golden retriever, who loved the snow and got lots of attention from the staff and other guests. They were super pet friendly, which is one of the biggest reasons we chose the resort. Fantastic amenities and service from the staff. Loved the snack time in the afternoon with hot... More

Over the years of living in Colorado, we have stayed at this property almost every year since it first opened. With a world-class ski-in, ski-out facility, a top-rated spa, and first class service at every turn, we chose to make this property our "Colorado Mountain Home". And indeed this mountain home comes with loads of luxury and without heavy property... More

We had a great time over a long weekend in February. I loved the ski-in location of the resort. The service was as expected for a Ritz Carlton - excellent. I do however, recommend skipping the buffet breakfast, it's expensive and pretty standard fare. $32 is a lot for someone who eats just yogurt and fruit. My suggestion is drive... More

I stayed 3 nigths at this hotel as part of a job related event. I loved the style of the hotel as well as the spacious rooms. The pool and the jacuzis are great as well. The hotel is located a few meters away from the slopes. Great choice in Beaver Creek Colorado

We have been here several times including last February. While it was a great place for skiing and loved having Spago as the restaurant dining room, by last year I was thinking of changing where we stayed. Boy am I glad we went back! We booked a standard deluxe room. When we checked in although the room was clearly renovated... More

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days for an academic meeting. The hotel was incredible - wonderful stone and wood rustic decor, friendly and helpful staff, a ski lift 10 feet from the patio doors, ski valet service where they warm your boots at the beginning of the day and help with the buckles and offer you a... I had 5 days for a quick getaway and without any significant snowfall in Tahoe this winter, it was off to Colorado for me. After passing through two security gates and a meandering uphill drive, you arrive at the very private and very luxurious Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch. The hotel's doorman will greet you and get your bags and gear... More

Thank you so much for providing such a detailed note of your recent stay with us. I agree that our ski in-ski out is a great asset, and the ski runs are excellent. Our chili, indeed, is one of our guests favorite (and one of mine also!). I'm pleased to hear that you were able to enjoy our Spa and... More

I just attended a conference at the Ritz, and found it mostly acceptable..good food, very nice and welcoming staff..but like a boil, everytime we came through the Porte Cochere, there in the court yard was the ugliest temporary tent housing a local ski and rental shop. It was jarring at every arrival.. what is the management thinking.. at every mention... More

Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our property, specifically about our ski tent. In order to provide the best quality and service to our guests we have partnered with Gorsuch to provide an elevated ski rental experience. It is unfortunate that you feel it unsightly, but we hope our newly renovated property and level of... More
