I stayed at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch in November of 2008. The hotel as we drove up was breathtaking. The people working at the front desk and at the valet circle were wearing earpieces so they were able to greet us by name. We were greeted with a roaring fire and steaming hot choclate. We were shown to our... more

This property is one of the most beautiful in world with world class recreation at your fingertips. Rafting, Hiking, Climbing, Sightseeing, Cycling, etc... The hotel is designed in the national park theme "National Parkatecture" and is really stunning. The rooms are clean, sheets changed daily, turn-down service and the staff is very gracious. All-in-all you couldn't ask for a better... more

What can you say about the Ritz Carlton, except that it is outstanding in so many ways. First off let me say that this is truly a 5 star hotel. However, like many mountain towns in Colorado, everyone is very laid back, relaxed and at first you might think it's lesser quality. But believe me, that is the attitude in... more

We arrived on a Monday after driving through snow and ice from Denver. From the moment we arrived everyone was very helpful and went out of there way to help us have a good stay. We were in a residential suite on the 7th floor that included a kitchen, eating area, living room, balcony, and separate bedroom and bathroom. It's... more

We made reservations months in advance for a three night mini vacation for us and two children (ages 4 and 13). Our first impressions driving up to the hotel were impressive. It is a gorgeous setting. Check in went fine and we were given residential suite 330. The main lobby of the hotel is the 4th floor, which includes restaurants,... more

We've stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions--including our honeymoon--because we like it so much. The staff is always personable, and ready and willing to accommodate. The rooms are clean and "rustic," but do not lack any amenities. I will say that we always stay on the club level, so perhaps that makes a difference; however, the staff throughout... more

We stayed at the Ritz over the Labor Day Weekend. The staff was amazing. The location was absolutely gorgeous, and we had easy access to many local activities - take the hotel shuttle to the Bachelor Gulch village where there is shopping and restaurants. The only downsides were that our room, 507, really only looked into the side of some... more

We went to this property over the holidays to get engaged and it was a disaster from day one. Our room was right next to a generator or heating system, so our room vibrated the entire stay. The rooms were not your typical Ritz rooms, the carpets were dirty and the decor was outdated. The restaurant Sago was horrible and... more

I went for a friends wedding held at the hotel. This place did not impress me at all. The rooms were hideous, only the the bathroom was nice. The service was OK and the only amenity that was worth the money was the spa/sauna. The pool is small and not enough chairs around, and being that it's a ski resort... more

With our luggage (including ski gear) being delayed for two days following our flight from Oslo, Norway, we were 'forced' to enjoy the hotel amenities rather than the powder packed slopes. Coming from the country were skiing was invented this could have been a major letdown on the first leg of our honeymoon, but at the Ritz-Carlton spa, great hall... more
