This was our second stay in HML. Last year we had a top floor two-bedroom suite looking north, down the valley and across to the mountains north of I-70. This week we were again on the top, fourth floor, although facing the pool/spa patio (with views of the ski mountain beyond). The rooms were a bit smaller, but the vaulted... More

Set in stunning Beaver Creek Colorado this resort has quiet serene splendor in the Rockies. Very nice clean pools and spas - separate one for the kids, which is nice - in room jetted tubs, clean and comfortable appointments throughout. Helpful concierge and pleasant staff in general. Great big screen media room, complimentary wifi and printable computers for boarding passes... More

Spent 4 nights at the Hyatt Mountain Lodge in mid-June. The room was great, the beds were very comfy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Judy- the concierge was fantastic and really helped us decide what activities would be best for the time we had and our ability. She recommended a whitewater raft trip that was fantastic! We... More

Spent five days at the Hyatt Mountain Lodge last week- the rooms were great, views were lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly. Right in the middle of Beaver Creek village- we could walk to everything and do daily hikes. Very family friendly with the number of families that were staying there while we where there. The pool is... More

This property has everything you need for a week. Great location and furnishings. Kitchen has minimum requirements, but enough to cook light meals. We were there for a week in the summer & thoroughly enjoyed the convenience to everything we did. Most all activities were within walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 7 days in a two bed apartment. Both bedrooms were a decent size, the bathroom facilities excellent and the lounge/diner/kitchen area comfortable and fit for purpose. Storage space is good. Wifi works fine. Coming from the UK, it was odd to have a stove top kettle, but that is of little consequence. Staff service was excellent and... More

Location is great but service is poor. Staff is only there for the ski pass. Tiny luggage carts that YOU have to push 100 yards up a ramp to get to an elevator. If you have your luggage delivered, they will not hold it.

The resort was a comfortable stay. The amenities are nice. They offer a complimentary daily breakfast that was plentiful as well as a complimentary ski valet that was nice. If you're looking for easy access to the slopes, we've definitely had closer. You have to walk thru the village to get to and from the lifts. The units have a... More

Our stay was in a 2 bedroom condo just after Thanksgiving. While the family room was one of the smaller we seen in a Hyatt Vacation Rental, it was so cozy and well designed that we didn't mind a bit. There were four people in our party and the unit size was perfect. I would think that six might get... More

We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. No negatives. No complaints. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This place was quiet. When there was noise, it was due to rude guests that did not know any better. Not to inferior building construction. We will be back.
