We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Townsend Place. Perfect for our family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the park out the back of the condo. Minigolf, hiking and horseback riding were a big hit. We took advantage of the restaurants and skating as well. All the activities are just out your door at Townsend Place.... more
My family and I came for springbreak. My family and I had a great time. Townsend Place is not as elegant as Strawberry Park but is a much better value. Best Deal in Beaver Creek. The units are individually owner and decorated.That being said, the quality and the taste varies enormously.This one, A206 was an appliance museum, with terrible bedding ( it must have been the cheapest,oldest mattress they had since '87). The wood fireplace is impossible to use and I guess it's a common problem.It's just that the firewood it's too moist to catch... more

Wonderful family vacation!! We rented the 2BDRM/2BATH for 5 nights. The condo was emaculate with designer touches of coordinated bedding and furniture. After spending numerous hours looking for a condo for our Beaver Creek spring break trip, I chose Townsend Place.
