My husband and I stayed for 10 days, unfortunately I wish we would have only reserved for a couple of days. The several people running it were VERY rude. We asked if we could trade in our towels for new ones, we were told no, there was laundry services that we could pay for. They charged you for everything!!! I... More

We stayed for two nights; reasonable rates; great scenery; friendly hosts; stayed in "The Landing"; nice little cabin; just big enough for 2 people; we can't wait to go back. Glenn & Becky Nolen Edmond, OK

Five Brances Camper Park is my favorite place to stay. My family and I go to Vallecito Lake every year and we always stay at Five Brances. We've been going for 10 years and they've had the same owners for 16. The place is beautiful! It's located on one of the rivers entering the lake and they have a wonderful... More

Their website is very misleading, it states there is discount for mor than five night reservation, not such thing, they nickel and dime you once you get there they charge for showers, first for me. They micromange, constant surviellance of guests. They are rude, during their breakfast, on of employees made derogatory comment about one of the guests to another... More

This is the best campground ever. I stayed for a week, and didnot want to leave. A peaceful place. Anyone who complains about this campground should stay at home.

Very unfriendly staff one women had a real smart mouth. The place is full of potholes unmowed grass looks like this campground has had no maintance for years. If you have a boat you really need to check out other camp grounds for a lake front camp ground this makes no cents at all. They also cram people in and... More

This has got to be one of the most beautiful RV Park in America. If you planning on going to south western Colorado and want to be on a lake surrounded by pine tree this is the place to go. You will not get closer to a lake they have many waterfront slips. The owners are really nice people and... More

Great little campground on Lake Vallecito. Run by Bob and Jan Davis and there large group of happy work campers. Everything you could want is there, marina with boat rentals, general store with fishing tackle and fishing license sales, groceries and souvenirs. A newer bath house, laundry, rec room and hot tub are on the premises. We rented a cabin... More
