We have been coming to 5branches for many years. We love the park. The fishing this year was excellent. As always Jan and Bob were welcoming. We get to see old friends and make many new friends. We are waiting to see the outcome for the park and hope that we will have another year to come back to a... More

My family and I have been coming to Five Branches for many years! Currently the water level of the lake is the highest it has been in the last 2- 3 years. Fishing from the lakefront is ok wish it was better, but what can you do. Trolling seems to be yielding better results. The campground is always very clean.... More

Well, what can I say. When you make your reservation they are sure to tell you the fishing is great! What they don't tell you is how far you have to walk to get to the water. The lake is soooo low. I bought an annual fishing license because of how great the fishing was supposed to be, in fact... More

This is a place that we have visited many times, however over the last couple of time the park has turned from fun to horrible. First off the staff in the front office are VERY rude to the paying customers. Just above the door as you are about to exit is a sign that reads "Remember we are not all... More

We chose this campground based on their website and list amenities. We booked a year ahead, but called to check verify our reservation and amenities 5 weeks prior to our scheduled arrival. We chose this park because of their location and because they had a boat ramp and buoy for rent that was directly in sight from your RV site.... More

We just returned from a 3 week vacation at 5 Branches and were not disappointed. The park could not control the water in the lake but the fishing was still the best. Jan and her crew welcomed us back again this year. We had a very relaxing and well deserved vacation. We will be back next year! The only draw... More

Have been here several times, and I don't care for it. The facilities are great, the location is nice (especially if you have a boat), but many of the staff are arrogant & nosy. I regularly saw staff members watching us from a distance (we were not breaking any rules), and they were quick to confront us about nit-picky issues.... More

BEWARE! This campground staff needs a lesson in respect and customer service....hookups were on the opposite side of your trailer hookups and YOU get to pay $60 for the extensions...YOU also get to pay to use the showers, and hot tub....camp host told my father a US naval veteran who lost part of his hearing while serving our great country....... We just returned from 5 Branches and as usual were not disappointed. We were treated like family and never felt like anyone was rude. This is our 11th year and we have booked for next year. The fishing was great. The grounds are relaxing. It was unfortunate that we were not able to have our nightly campfires but totally understandable... More

My family and I had a wonderful time. All were friendly and accommodating to our needs/requests. Cabin was clean, nice linens, fair sized fire pit. Great daily breakfast at the Pavilion. Adequate play area for the kids. Parking safe and close to the cabin. Only request would be to have non-stick cooking pans in the cabins. Otherwise, we had a... More
