Great owner--she knows everything about Napa and offers many helpful hints. Spacious and very clean rooms. Tasty breakfasts. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Close to restaurants and wineries. We read many TripAdvisor reviews before booking our reservation and had high expectations for our stay---and we were not disappointed. Will likely return on a future trip.

This a fantastic B&B run by a fantastic woman. WE spent two nights and had two very great breakfasts. Fluffy blueberry pancakes on morning, and then the above mentioned ethereal oatmeal. And one of the best apple crisps on the planet. Room was downstairs, thankfully, as we had a lot of luggage. Worries about road noise never came to pass.

We had a wonderful experience! Kathleen was so hospitable and welcoming. The location is perfect to downtown and the wineries and the rooms were rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfasts are amazing - a perfect start to a wine-filled day!
