We stayed at the Lavender Inn last April and had a fabulous experience (see our review) so we decided to return for another stay. We were incredibly disappointed. We may stay again but will do some checking in advance. We requested the Loft Room where we stayed before. This is a room suite that includes many extras. Unfortunately, several of... More

Dear Jim, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay and the lovely compliments regarding the breakfast served, evening wine tasting and wonderful location within walking distance to all Yountville has to offer. As I mentioned during our telephone conversation at the time of your stay, we always sincerely appreciate our guest feedback and suggestions as... More

Friendly staff to greet us and show us to a clean and comfortable suite. Appreciated the gas fireplace. Enjoyed the extras of happy hour and fresh breakfast. Lots of charm overall and great location for walking in Yountville and to great restaurants.

We love this property and have stayed here regularly over the years. We enjoy the nearby walks into town, especially during the holidays. This time we stayed in the Loft room since there were 3 of us. Modern, comfortable and clean room with 2 sleeping areas, excellent breakfast and good service. We'll be back.

We stayed here for 2 nights for my husband's 60th Birthday and absolutely loved it. Great breakfasts and happy hour. And the staff at the Inn were so accomdating as well. We can't wait to come back to Yountville and will definitely stay at the Lavender!

My husband and I stayed here midweek for 1 night. We picked this room from the hundreds available because of the outdoor tub. I was disappointed to find it was a covered patio. The only reason I preferred the tub outside was to see the stars and sky but we couldn't. The best part of the stay was the location... More

We travel to the Napa area frequently and love to try new places. When our travels are last minute we frequently use Hotel Tonight and have never been disappointed and the rooms are always nice even when it is a thrid party booking, except this time! The Lavender Inn posts on the web site that "every room has a king... More

Stayed here during the week of Thanksgiving and enjoyed it. Got a terrific deal from shopping around on comparison website, about $190/night. We had a king bed with the outside Jacuzzi tub in the main house. I believe it may have been the same room that reviewer dee495 had below. I thought the room was very clean thought it had... More

This is our fourth stay at The Lavender, it's perfect for us. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire property is lovely. It's a great location, allowing you to walk to amazing restaurants, wineries and quaint shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities like the morning breakfast or afternoon cookies are delicious. You get an incredible... More

Over the last few years prices for Napa hotels have been rising, getting to the point that it seems a bit ridiculous (many above $500-600 range for nothing remarkably special). We decided to give this place a try based on the location (can walk to many restaurants), the outdoor jacuzzi and a good price ($300/night). The inn exceeded our expectations.... More

What a great little hotel, in Yountville, rustic (could use some paint and fixing up) but having said that yes it was an old barn. Make sure you get a room away from the street. Streets were an after thought in this busting hotel town, sidewalks almost non-exsistant, parking challenging. So if your not in eye shot of the street... More
