Stayed in the non-smoking section on the 3rd floor over-looking the pool. Clean, spacious rooms and free of smoke odour. Comfy beds, although the comforters are too heavy and hot for the climate. The pool area is lovely. The casino is very smokey - not a pleasant place to be for a non-smoker! Had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners at... More

We stayed one night and thought the room was nice. They use a lot of freshener to get rid of the smoke smell that comes up from the casino but the hallway smells of the stuff. The furniture looked like they got it from a garage sale somewhere but the beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of noise... More

Stayed here with friend, and contrary to some of the reviewers, we had a great time. The room was very clean and up to date, the bathrooms large. The only drawback to anything there was the lighting in the bathrooms which could definitely be brighter. The staff was very helpful and VERY friendly. As to the issue of tight slots... More

Came here with some friends that were having dental work done in Mexico. Friends were planning to do a little gambling in the casino. Hubby and I don't gamble, so we planned to hang out in the pool. When we were checking in, there was a sign saying that the pool was closed for cleaning and maintenance. We asked if... More

We went to the Q this week with some friends and had a terrific time. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant is in my opinion mismanaged, but once you are in, the staff is very friendly. We had the $9.95 Prime Rib Dinner on the first night in their Ocotillo Cafe. Mine was cooked exactly the way I asked... More

This hotel was a moderate priced basic room. We used this location as a base to visit sights in the area. parking was reasonably easy, check in was right at the casino entrance. There is a coffee shop, sandwich shop , café style dining and a full service restaurant. The café has great hot sandwiches. Maps and information for visiting... More

We went down to Mexico for my birthday (part of a longer trip) and stayed at the Quechan Casino for one night in a King Suite. Check in was not great. The guy was trying but the phone never stopped ringing and I guess it was his job to always answer it. The hotel is always completely booked full, because... More

We have stayed here many times in the past. This time we took my father of 92 years young. I wanted a room close to the elevator, but none were available. We had a suite that was about halfway down the hall and he gasped at the thought of walking to the room and back. The casino security desk had... More

Three couples reserved rooms for a one night stay on Feb. 17th. We stopped in at noon to see if our rooms were ready but due to a holiday weekend we were asked to come back after 3:00. Upon our return, we checked in with no more than a 5 min wait. Excellent room overall. (Large cobweb on ceiling). View... More
