This hotel is super clean, excellent service and friendliness. Only thing is even though they are in California (Winterhaven), they operate on Arizona time. Very confusing. There are several restaurants. The expensive one is fabulous, but the portions are small. Paying $6.00 for a tiny bowl of onion soup is a little steep, but the food is excellent. If you... More

My wife and I stayed at the 'Q' for a couple of nights while visiting Yuma, and I have to admit that this was my worst casino stay experience for as far as I can remember. The reception staff is very unfriendly and poorly train in customer service and do not make any efforts to make you feel welcomed. The... More

Travel Date: February 13, 2015 (Day before valentines day) Check In: Service was good. Did not explain the wifi. Did not ask if we knew about parking or needed valet. We parked quite far away. Room: Clean, smelled good, everything is in working condition. BED IS NICE. Television: Limited channels, slow to change channels. Ocotillo Cafe: Food was good. Service... More

Got to hotel. They said my reservation was for the previous night. Fortunately they had two rooms left and we were accommodated. I had a text on my phone proving that my reservation was for the day I arrived rather than what they said and as a result I received a refund for the previous day. Thank you, Q. I... More

I have stayed at this resort several times. Previously it was for easy access to inexpensive dental care in Algodones but this time it was just a quick overnight on our way to San Diego, The staff was friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to print our boarding passes for a flight the following day. Several restaurant... More

We came to stay here rather then stay out on the dunes during thanksgiving. The hotel sits above a Casino with a nice bar and a little cafeteria with a starbucks. It is a short drive out to the dunes or over to Yuma and is on the road used to access the border crossing in Algadones. The room was... More

The rooms are excellent, and the flat screens are new. If you go or stay, be sure to take an extension cord with you that you can plug all your devices into. The available outlets are scarce. Had a bit of trouble with WI/FI, however a tech from the hotel fixed that fast. The restaurant near by in the hotel,... More

Everything is great here, including food and employees. Our only sore spot was checking in. We were told we could check in anytime after 3, but at 4:30, our room wasn't ready. This is a housekeeping problem. Whoever is on charge needs to fix this......... We are still here for another night and are very comfortable. Nice quiet restful sleep.

We were looking for a little fun this weekend and ended up here. Easy to find off the freeway. Love the free valet parking. Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms were spacious and nice. BEST BEDS EVER. the ice machine is on the 5th floor so that was not too pleasant. We found out through the night that soundproofing was... More
