I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times as I go to the area often for businss. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel indeed, and a great place to spend a couple of relaxing days. Windsor has developed a very nice green area, which is comfortable walking distance to the hotel. We actually canceled our stay here until I realized that we would be charged b/c I hadn't canceled within the proper timeframe. After gettting that situation cleared up, all was well. We stayed in a suite with a 2 person whirlpool bath. The room was a good size and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The room had a couple of issues, unfortunately. Honestly, this was a last minute decision to stay here and overall, things with the hotel were fine. However, in teh middle of the night, we woke up to the smell of a burning motor. I stayed here while visiting family. It was very clean, but an average hotel. Staff had the right attitude to make my stay enjoyable though. I would recommend it to a friend, if looking just for a place to stay overnight or for a few days. Not ideal for business travelers. more
