Stayed in this traditional motel for a few nights in search of Bigfoot and small town California... worried by the negative reviews but this was one of the best places I've stayed in over the last year. Stayed in a wheelchair accessible room (nine), kept very clean (no bugs!) and with a microwave, refrigerator, free wifi and satellite TV, who... More

If you have to stay in Willow Creek, then this place is a clean dive to spend the night. The beds creak when you breathe. Our saddlebags were ransacked and a couple of emergency kits were stolen while they were parked overnight in their lot.

My Dad stayed there while he was working on a fire, and woke up with BED BUG BITES all over him. Utterly Disgusting! There isn't much to choose from in this town, so if you can, try to make it to another town.

My wife and I needed a place to stay while on vacation in July of 2014 and this was the only place in the area so we stopped in. Manager or owner was friendly and the room rate seemed reasonable. We asked where a good place to eat in town and he told us to go to the Big Foot... More

I was given a very nice room on the second floor at the rear of the hotel with its own porch. a great place to relax after a long drive. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.... More

The wife and I arrived after dark on a 2 week motorcycle trip from Arizona up to Crescent City and then down the coast to San Diego. The gentleman in the office checked us in and gave us a room where we could park outside our door. The room was nice and clean. We unloaded our gear and went across... More

It was dark we just wanted to sleep. First time we didn't look at room before paying. Plumbing pipes are showing, tiny little tv. We went across the street to get a pizza, the guy said thats the worst place to stay in town, apparently there are great cabins one block away. what a bummer that night was-don't waste your... More

A friendly smile awaits at the Bigfoot Motel in Willow Creek but all is not as it seems. The pool has long since gone, a victim of health and safety, and Bigfoot is not in his cage. You can put your kids in instead. Our room was designed for disabled guests so was roomy for a family of 4. The... More
