Anyone who wrote a bad review for this place likes being miserable. Such a sweet campground! There are bunnies everywhere, lots of activities for the kids, spacious campsites, friendly and diligent staff, and a happy atmosphere. Its not quiet camping deep in the woods, but it's a blast if you have little kids. Some reviewers on here complain about the... More

My rate was 775/month and 875/month during the summer months. I stayed from mid-March to mid-June. The nightly rate is 60dollars a night, during summer months. These are my opinions based on my stay here at the Willits KOA Pros- This is a well-kept park. The owners, Dave and Helena, and their crew, are constantly working, from sun up to... More

We have friends staying at the KOA at our recommendation, we always loved this place. But when we went to visit them at their campsite, we were charged $20. We arrived at 2:30 and stayed a few hours, did not use any of the KOA facilities, and needless to say, we will not be visiting them there again. The staff... More

We booked 7 days and have enjoyed the campground so much. We hiked the mountain and found all the disc golf baskets. Rabbits every where- so cute. So much to do for kids: miniature golf, slides, water sprays, and even Izzy the Iquana. The facilities are so clean and we were amazed at how hard all the employees worked. Stacie... More

We do family reunions every year with up to 30 people with multiple sites reserved and last year they bumped our person with one of our other family members and put them at the other end of the campground. This year they changed their policy after we had booked 6 months out and would not grandfather it in. They wanted... More

IF you want to stay at this particular KOA be prepared for staff who DO NOT care about their customers and ONLY their bottom line! Long story short...I made an online reservation for one night in a deluxe cabin back in Feb. Not only did I have a reservation confirmation, I also was charged. Then end of April I was... More

A first visit - We camped here recently and was very disappointed. There are many things and activities for children, but as such, it was noisy. There was a couple, who obviously live there, who were awake at 4:30 am and proceeded to carry on a loud conversation with their front door open. Also, we felt that for the number... More

My extended family stayed here for 2 nights in the back area near the western facades. We used the tent sites. The kids loved it, especially the swimming pool. The facilities were clean, the staff pleasant. Overall better than I had expected. My only complaints were that the train was not running during our stay and sometimes people drive fast... More

My husband and I and 4 children stayed 12 hours in this rv park. We arrived late at night after a long day of driving. The next morning we were trying to get showers and breakfast before another day of driving. We did not have time to use any of the nice play areas throughout the park. We just asked... More

We went in a group and stayed for 3 days last week. We had four adults and nine kids. The property itself is kept up pretty nicely. We've always had a good time when we have gone here. The pool is always clean, the kids loved the water spray park. We love the little playground with all the tubes for... More
