Stayed here in April 2007. Convenient right off the highway. Easy to LA and LAX. Right in the middle between Hollywood and Disney, so good for touring LA. Excellent responsive staff, and nice free breakfast. more

The Days Inn in Whittier is a great place to stay for a good price. It was nice and clean and had a well mannered staff. They have free wireless internet, a good continental breakfast, and nice and spacious fridges and microwaves in the rooms. The pool was clean too. We arrived late on a Friday night for a 2 night stay. Booked the hotel through a name-your-own-price website. On Saturday morning we woke to find TICKS all over the bed and walls. Our children had to sleep on the floor because there was only one bed in the room. We found more ticks on the bedding they were using.... more

I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to stay here. This place might look nice on the outside but the rooms are horrible. Holes in sheets, stained carpet, rust on all fixtures, NO HOT WATER; it's just dirty/nasty. This place is screaming complete MAKE-OVER. I'm never staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. more
