Residence Inns may be set up for long stays, but they make excellent hubs for short stays, as well. This year-old property offers excellent facilities and very comfortable rooms. Our kingsize bed had excellent bedding (including, hallelujah, a variety of different kinds of pillows), a large, though not separate, living room area, and a kitchen will full-size refrigerator and microwave... more

The price was reasonable for a two-bedroom suite - $159. We stayed for two nights and generaly enjoyed ourselves. There were a few little problems, though: 1) The air conditioner made our room sound like a construction zone. Far too loud. 2) The passenger elevator doubled as a service elevator. My pet peeve. 3) Over a 10-hour period the front... more

I stayed at this hotel with a business group; it was selected by a colleague who is a diehard Marriott loyalist. I was very happy with it; it has the usual Residence Inn setup with a large bedroom/living area, full kitchen facilities and free breakfasts. The breakfast always included scrambled eggs and pan-fried potatoes as well as the usual cold... more

We stayed here over the holidays while visiting family. We used Marriott points, so I can't comment on the price. We had originally booked a studio suite but asked to upgrade to a one bedroom suite (at no extra charge) since it offered a private bedroom and a second TV in the living room. Our room was large enough for... more

We’ve stayed at this Residence Inn before and found it generally quite nice; I would definitely recommend it. However, on our most recent visit – over Thanksgiving weekend – it became apparent that staff needs to pay more attention to the little details. After the first night of our three-night stay, we found a bill slipped under our door. In... more

We just spent the first weekend in August at the Residence Inn in Westlake Village, California. We were in California for a family wedding and several families stayed here. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. We had a two bedroom suite. The bedrooms (one king-sized, the other with a queen) were small but the living area with full sized... more

We had a short but lovely stay at this hotel. We got a great deal -- $129 on a Saturday night in July -- for a very nice room. There was a kitchen with brand new appliances, a separate living room, balcony, separate bedroom and nice attached bathroom. The room came with two flat screen televisions. The kitchen was fully... more

Very nice, new Residence Inn with convenient access to the freeway. There are a few restaurants nearby, which was convenient, but the kitchens do close early. The room (I had a suite) was extremely comfortable with a kitchenette, plenty of room to stretch out, and flatscreen TVs. The bedroom was a little small, but having the living room more than... more

This was a relatively new Residence Inn. We stayed here one night (04/19/2008). The room was very nice though it did seem that the bed room was smaller than at other Residence Inn’s. We got a King Suite, two rooms. The first room was the living room and Kitchen. I like the look of the kitchen with the stainless steel... more
