Everything was great except they did not have Fox News. The food and catering was good and the rooms for business meetings were well equipped. The back waterfall was beautiful and relaxing. We would have loved a room overlooking it instead of the parking lot, but did not know to ask at check in.

I slept like a baby. Every aspect of the room was made with comfort in mind. I would call this Four Seasons cozy, not opulent. We used the conference facilities and wow the board room makes you feel like you are a top CEO. In a big fan of the restaurant Onyx. The waterfall feature is something to see, but... More

Had a negative experience at check-in regarding my credit card for incidentals. This created a bad feeling for me from the onset. However, I did think the style and amenities were great. I also thought the conference area was great and the food was delicious.

The staff was amazing! And the facilities were beautiful:) Also, it was an amazingly "kid friendly" experience, as I was taking care of my 2 yr old grandson while I was there. They have a very nice children's playroom with many options for activities.

Exactly what you expect at the Four Seasons - good service large rooms & great facilities! The lovely waterfall is a nice touch. Excellent breakfast too with plenty of local restaurant options to choose from

Ok. I am having a hard time picking the most comfortable hotel bed from The Ritz Carlton Hotel Arts in Barcelona, the JW Marriott in Las Vegas, and now here at the Four Seasons in Westlake. Jet lag just melts away as you crash after that long flight and then sleep a bit longer to get used to the time... More

Not exactly on the beaten path, but service and amenities are paramount at this hotel. We made last minute reservations here and actually cancelled our plans in town on our second day to take advantage of the amenities of the hotel, including the pool and spa. Late night check in was easy and the front desk personnel couldn't have been... More

This hotel has a strangely commercial exterior without much charm (it is located in a corporate park). The rooms are okay, a bit dated, and the common spaces and grounds are not memorable. It feels like a very large property and is lacking intimacy. It is not a destination like other nearby areas, Santa Barbara, or LA... If you are... More

Some hotels boast themselves as excellent and luxurious. The Four Seasons Hotels are excellent and luxurious. Without ever using those words in their welcome or making your feel insignificant as can happen - you know it does - the service people from the car park people to the doormen to front desk people were indeed excellent and caring. The room... More
