As soon as you arrive the staff can't do enough, check in is taken care of with mimumal fuss and bags taken to your room for arrival. Rooms are fantasict, all suites which are massive in size and well equipped, as has been noted before the bathrooms are hugh with a double shower and deep bathtub with toiletries and robes... more

We loved, loved, loved The London and can't wait to go back! The staff were exceptional as were the huge rooms - the biggest I have seen in LA for the price. As for the view - it was spectacular! Just returned from LA during which we spent 3 nights at the London. Amazingly cool hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, very quiet inside the hotel, but the roadside rooms can be noisy from the traffic...but this is sunset strip! My Husband and I booked 4 days that the London in the latter half of May. I was so excited about our stay, part of the draw to the Hollywood area for us, was a stay at this Hotel. As the rooms, lobby, and dining were all I had hoped they would be, the service was terrible. What a shame... more
