The hotel was decent, the staff reasonably friendly, and the 2nd room they gave us was clean (first one wasn't made up). We got in late, and as we pulled in were informed that parking - with or without valet - was an additional $30. This is on top of an already healthy room rate of $200 plus tax for... More

Thank you for your review. Our overnight parking rate still remains one of the lowest in the area. West Hollywood has limited parking space available, and parking rates in the area tend to reflect this problem. All major websites the hotel is affiliated with indicates there is a fee for overnight parking. Typically, most urban hotels charge for overnight parking.... More

My family and I booked a trip for LA Pride here and has nothing but great service. At check in, the staff and very friendly and even let us check in a little early! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It did get a little noisy at night but that was to be expected since we visited during LA Pride.... More

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and received excellent service from our staff during your stay. When our parking garage fills up, our valet staff is available to assist our guests with parking. There is no additional charge for valet parking. This service is provided on a complimentary basis. The only charge would be for... More

Despite running the A/C on various settings, I could not get rid of the humidity in the room. Also, it took very long to get the room serviced.

Thank you for your review. As a general rule, we don’t have too much humidity in Los Angeles, however there was a tropical storm of the coast and the area did experience a lot of humidity for a couple of days. Running the air conditioner would help reduce the humidity, but wouldn’t eliminate all of it. Are rooms are service... More

When I arrived I was happy to find out the room was actually nice and pretty descent size. It smelled a little bit like cleaning chemicals but didn't mind. After about a hour of laying down I started getting itch and got a bite on my leg. It doesn't look like a bed bug, I'm guessing previews guest had a... More

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Our guestrooms are serviced and cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is 100% non-smoking and only allows service pets. I’m glad our manager on duty was able to assist you with a room change. More

Located well in West Hollywood and this was our main driver next to value. From a cost perspective not the cheapest hotel but typical for LA, so all said, great value for your money. Getting dropped off is a tad tricky as the parking lot is also available to the general public but our shuttle driver was able to get... More

I'm a little late posting this review. We stayed in the Ramada plaza from 23 - 27 April. This was my partner and I's first trip to the US for his 30th BD. I can't say a bad thing - everything was fantastic. Jose, the concierge made our trip - he went out of his way for us planning our... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighborhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
