We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be great all around. The rooms were spacious and clean, the service was great, room service was a good value and breakfasts were really good. The rooftop pool, although small, was beautiful. We got an incredible rate on hotwire so I was wary but ended up being very pleased. It... more

All the good things you've read are true. I'd just like to add a few observations: - the bed in the entry level suites is a queen and was a bit too narrow for the two of us. We made do with the sofa bed. You may want to consider upgrading to a king suite. - we like to sleep... more

Have visited Los Angeles a lot of times the last 20 years. Stayed at Le Montrose with my family, wife and two kids, a short week in June. Most say this is one of the absolutely best places to stay in West Hollywood, rooms/suites are big, staff is very nice and helpful, if you call for something, you got help... more

Beautiful rooms, stylish and with lots of amenities. I had the rooftop garden to myself one night and it was great, a hot tub, a pool, and lots of lounge chairs. Saw the tennis courts, didn't use them. The common areas were really elegant, and based on the clientele and their conversations I would say this is where budding hip... more

West Hollywood prides itself on style. Both the inhabitants (stunning), and the surroundings (high-end restaurants, boutiques and interior design shops) show a positively Parisian dedication to all things beautiful. My architect husband and I have visited many times, primarily for the quiet, walkable neighborhoods of exquisitely restored bungalows and a peek into the art and furniture galleries of the Pacific... more

yes, the le montrose is sorta showing it's age, but it's still a great hotel in such a convenient location. the bed was comfy, loved the large LCD TV to chill out after a long day of site seeing. Staff were always friendly, but they do under staff the front desk at times. When teh sun would come out it... more

I booked this room through a Priceline bid, so I got a great rate. However parking was an additional $18 and when I asked about alternatives I was told that unfortunately there were none. (Street parking is restricted to neighborhood residents only.) The room I was given was the hotel's handicapped access room... i.e. you couldn't take a shower without... more

I recently stayed at the Le Montrose Hotel. I reserved 5 rooms on Hotwire. We showed up at midnight to check-in and the servers crashed. While this can happen the attendant's response was completely unacceptable. Nathanial spent 30 minutes trying to get us checked in and was unable to do so . When we approached him to offer suggestions about... more

This was the first time I used Hotwire and I had actually hoped that the hotel offered would be Le Parc. No luck. Instead I got the Le Montrose. My biggest worry was the fact that basic rooms contained queen beds. Sure enough, when we checked in I asked if a king room was available and was told yes as... more
