I booked the Grafton for myself and about 8 other people - a music group that was playing in the area. I've had several enjoyable stays at this hotel before, so I rolled the dice that everyone else would like it as much as I did . . . well, everyone had a terrific stay! The location is ideal for... more

Booked via priceline and I was surprised that this was offered as a priceline hotel - because it is what I would call a "niche" property, not one that would necessarily appeal to a "general audience" like priceline. Lobby was very dark and slightly weird. Two large pictures in our room: one of abundant cleavage and one of legs and... more

Rooms were small. View not so good. Loud street noises. Lobby was very small and uninviting. Overall, this is just a Super 8 Motel redone over with some Hollywood glam - it's okay if you can book the hotel for less than $100 a night. Otherwise, many other wise choices like Andaz across street for same price. more

The room was nice enough, but, it sort of felt musty, I stayed in a King room that opened up to the pool. In addition, they have a portrait of people making out above the bed, it just didn't feel right for staying for business. Would I stay there again, no, probably not. Also, I think it wants to be... more

We had an amazing time. the rooms were beautiful the staff was great and the restaraunt in the hotel was delicious ! great location, very nice valet men :) free internet and the front desk even printed out maps for us to get around the city because we werent familiar with it at all. it was a pleasure staying there... more

We primarily stayed at this hotel for the location - which was perfect! We generally had a great stay although our biggest disappointment was the pool. We had a poolside room which was great but the only time the pool has any sun is in the morning. If you're looking for a great pool to lounge around (in the sun)... more

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday nights. We were given a free upgrade to a pool access room on the ground floor which was fantastic. We could just open our door and in 4 steps you could be in the pool. There was a little table and 2 chairs just outside our door where we... more

We booked through a third party discounter, that I have used in the past for other hotels with no problems and exceptional value. The Grafton would not know customer service if it bit them on the you know what. We requested a room that was away from the "action" of their small night club, and because we wanted a non-smoking... more

It was a great stay. Nice and clean room. The service was really good. The only bad thing was that they were cleaning the pool that day i stayed over. A 30 minute walk to "The Walk of Fame" and Kodak Theatre. But the hotel has a hotelcab which can drive you anywhere. more

And we are going back again very soon! We live very close, in Orange County, but if I am going to brave the freeways to pick friends up at LAX, our next stop is this swank boutique hotel. My first experience there was unforgettable, everyone went above and beyond to accomodate us, from the valet to front desk staff to... more
