My friend and I (2 girls in our 30's) had a blast at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Not really a place for taking children or a quiet romantic break but as a location to base yourself in Hollywood it was excellent. A two inch large dead bug on the floor of my bathroom was not removed by the cleaning staff....even though there was no way someone could've missed it. The rest was a disaster as well. Never again. more

This is the worst hotel i have ever had the displeasure of staying at. Service was arrogant and rude. The carpets haven't been changed since the hotel opened I think.
