I try to keep a positive attitude, and I'm far from a picky princess about hotels. But this place is absolutely disgusting, and you really, really should not stay here. After trying at four other hotels, none of which had vacancy, we wound up here. We should have left once we saw the room, but we have been driving for... More

This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever been to. We pulled in at night and all the other hotels were full. Only a few cars in the lot. This should have tipped us off. BUUUTT we paid our $60 cash and the room stunk and the air did not work. We were told we could not have... More

My room had no air conditioning on a 95 degree day. I am 78 years old and asked for a ground level room only. They would not give me another room. I asked for a refund; I was in the room for less than three minutes. They would not give me a refund and the $59.99 charge is now on... More

July 4th, NO hotels anywhere, finally found a hotel that had a vacancy in WEED CA of all places... After trying every hotel north of Lassen volcanic national park... No surprise they had vacancies... $80 and it's without a doubt the worst hotel I've seen.... Has a fridge and microwave but they aren't plugged in because there aren't any sockets... More

I rented a room for my work crew for one week trying to save money, and the motel was horrible from the beginning, very low class hotel when the week was over the woman in charge called me and asked me again for my credit card number and instead of thinking to ask why in trusted her and gave it... Gritty, visceral and surreal. The perfect place for that remake of Blade Runner or Pulp Fiction. After you ring the buzzer, the manager comes out in bare feet and pajamas (it was 4:30pm) to check you in. Up the unlit frozen stairwell to your room. It's easy to open your door; unlock it, step back a few feet to get... More

If you are going to stay at the summit inn i would Recommend against it ,for these specific reason's, the rooms are disastrous, the house keepers Argue with each other constantly, i.e there is a lot of Chaos on site, their rate's are cheap, but service is terrible, this may be one's opinion, i may also add that the on... This motel is an absolute joke! We arrived and the receptionist was is what appeared to be her pajamas and was obviously on some kind of illicit substances... We were already worried, but it all got even worse when we saw the rooms. To start the step and walkway leading to them looked like them would collapse under the weight... More
