Lincoln & Brenda H., We were most interested in the historical restoration. But once we arrived, our expectations were met and exceeded. Even with the beautiful restoration, we have stayed at many other historical hotels and the comfort of the bed was lacking. We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. We highly recommend it, and especially the La Grange... More

This hotel is fabulous. It is a beautifully restored gem in the heart of historic downtown Weaverville surrounderd by coffee houses , restaurants and boutique shops. Best lodging in Weaverville. The emprium is full of beautiful jewelry and unique clothes and accessories at great prices. The inn keeper is welcoming and it feels like home.

The Weaverville Hotel has been beautifully restored with a genuine sense of the history of the area, as well as a sense of the history of the hotel. Jeanne and Brian pay attention to every detail in the rooms and public areas to make your stay comfortable. This is truly a gem in the lovely town of Weaverville.

I've stayed in a lot of fine hotels over my 63 years, but this is one of the nicest. I loved it. The owners, Jeanne and Brian, who beautifully renovated a historic hotel built in 1861, are the on-site managers and they see to every detail to insure their guests have a relaxing, comfortable, enjoying stay. It's not an economy... More

The Weaverville Hotel and Emporium turned out to be really beautiful. Perfectly restored, totally charming, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced as well. Jeanne is a really gracious hostess, who made us feel that we were welcome in her home. The hotel has a great parlor, which she invites us guests to use as our living room, and it really feels... My wife and I recently stayed at the Weaverville Hotel during a road trip through Northern California. This was our favorite lodging. The hotel is lovingly restored with charm and an attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean and with linens to die for. Did I mention that the sheets are ironed? Be still my beating heart, it's... More

This place is an absolutely gem run by the best innkeeper! Jeanne is sweet, warm, caring and down to earth. She thinks about the type of amenities that guests would like that make their stay a lot more comfortable. There were fluffy bath robes, slippers, bottled water, a coffee maker, beautiful artisanal soaps, lotions, and bubble bath in the room.... More

This is a wonderful place, and Jeanne Muir really knows how to run a hotel. Spotless, love the authentic decor, creaky wooden floors, most comfortable bed ever. I visited at Thanksgiving, and the whole town really rolls out the holiday trimmings. The room has a little gas fireplace for heat, and when I came back every night during my stay,... More

Arriving late on a Sunday night after driving from Portland, Oregon. Jeanne welcomed us with open arms. Since there had been a cancellation we were offered the Governor's Suite so glad we took it. From the marble fireplace, to the New Champagne tub, we were surrounded with lovely antiques and total comfort. Only an hour west of Redding, well worth... More

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little hotel and the gracious owners who made our stay so pleasant. The Halloween celebration the town merchants host was delightful and the dinner at La Grange was delicious. It was such a joy to come back to our wonderful room after all day hiking in Canyon Creek. The bed was so... More
