I have stayed at this property over 70 nights. The only "issue" I have is that even though I am a Marriott Platinum member when I arrive after 4PM I almost *always* get a room that's less that I reserved. Walked in, seemed very grand. Very large, nice, comfortable Concierge floor. Staff was very nice. They do have a 'shoe shiner' and a small area with snacks and misc items.
