What a find. A proper downtown hotel at motel prices. When it says suites, it does mean a separate sitting area with second television, small sink, fridge etc. Breakfast is served in a separate proper sized dining area, and very unusually at these prices with cooked offerings. Stayed here 1 night while visiting Sequoia N.P. no complaints front desk was great popcorn in lobby one of the best hot breakfasts we've had. Parking in a gated garage. Visalia has a lot of dining options. Have stayed at Three Rivers, but Three Rivers while much closer to Sequoia, has very little to offer as far as dining. more

We've stayed here before (son lives in Visalia) and we will stay here again. This place is just nice! I love the FREE parking structure that has a guard roming about to make sure my car is safe. We had a nice large room with 2 queens. There was a separate sitting area with a sofabed and work desk separated from the queen beds by the bathroom. Two TV's, fridge + microwave.
