We booked this as we were going to a couple of things in the area and being from overseas we had no idea what Vallejo was like. The area of the motel is pretty run down. I booked this room based off the high rating at tripadvisor.com. The rating was OFF. Way OFF! The hotel was filthy and nothing like described in the reviews. I will not stay at this hotel again. I left the next day and stayed at the Best Western. It was a little more expensive but definitely worth it. STAY AT YOUR... more

Great place to stay!!!!!!!! Me and family stayed for vacation and the service we were given was just as good as any 5 star! Rooms are nice and clean and talking about peace? Very quiet motel. We will be visiting again and we'll be staying here again! more

We stayed at the Sandy Beach Rd. Motel 6 on Sept. 19, 2004. It served its purpose of providing a place to sleep, but that's about it. The only restaurant we could find nearby was McDonalds. The street the motel is on is rather busy, even at night, which we could hear some noise from. Although it was probably just... more

This is a cheap place to stay, I will give them that. I have stayed here 6 times in the last 2 months for 3 days at a time. The rooms are not clean, Some of them have a terrible odor that they can not get out. There must be a shortage of towels because they don't even put them... more
