No kidding this place is not 5 stars half star at best. We checked in the people at the desk were nice enough, the lobby windows have bars on them and the doors are locked up so we waited for them to open it up. as we were waiting I was looking up the reviews on this site and we... More

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life! I checked in here through priceline, when I arrived they had sold my single bed room and told me i had to stay in a double bed, not a problem at all, but then the owner lady tells me i have to leave an additional... More

Helpful owner who upgraded us when we arrived (even with a discount coupon) & then went out of her way to help with lost property - mailed it at their expense even though it was about a week later that we realised we'd left the item behind

I received this room via the internet . . . the site I initially found them on had them listed as a 4.5 rating. Can we say "bloat ware"??? Someone HAD to have had their friends out there pumping up their ratings because there is NO WAY, this place was even close to a 3, let alone a 4.5! The... More

I have to say that this is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever come across. I am still trying to figure out how they graduated from MOTEL! This is 110% not hotel quality!!!!! I held a room at this particular hotel based upon the pictures, descriptions and the ratings online. However, when we showed up after... More

stayed there 1 night September 24th. First thing when I walked in, I could tell the carpets had not been vacuumed in a while. The window drapes had a layer of dust, and there was a huge spider web (with spider) in the bathroom window. There was dust all over the microwave and mini fridge. The sink was dirty and... More

We chose this place out of a lodging coupon magazine. What a mistake. To start with, the lobby door was locked. That should have been the first warning that we were not in a good neighborhood. After ringing the buzzer, I was let in the door, only to talk with the desk clerk behind glass. That should have been my... More

We ordered a package deal with six flag tickets and 3 night stay at this hotel for almost $600. It was very pricey considering the hotel was so awful!!!! On the internet, it looked nice. We had 2 queen beds which were tiny queen beds and rock solid. I woke up with my back hurting so badly every morning, hardly... More

I was not impressed by this place. The room was tiny, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was huge, but the odd thing was that the sink was tiny...there was no space for my belongings and the shower was small. Just a lot of wasted space I think they could have designed it better. There was a little... More
