Loved staying here. Dixie, front desk, was warm and welcoming. Made some great suggestions: Jelly Belly factory tour and Fairfield Brewery tour--great fun!! Loved the white linens in room, clean, and breakfast included!! more

We were originally going to stay at a Best Western suite up the road in Dixon but I referred my wife toward the Residence Inn because I had heard good things about it from my sister several years back. We had to find a hotel for a long-term stay because we were flooded out of our home and could no... more

After bad stays at a casino in Reno and South Lake Tahoe, we weren't sure what to expect. Thank God for the Residence Inn. This place was like a jewel in the desert. Rooms are large w/ a full size fridge, two burner stovetop, full size coffee pot, not the 2 cup one, microwave and dishwasher. Also has a sink... more

I stayed here for one night and this is one of the nicest Residence Inns that I've stayed at. The furnishings were all new and the bed is quite comfortable. The check-in was fast and hassle-free and the hotel was quiet and did not have that strange hotel smell, which is so important! The only reason it did not get... more

Check-in took approximately 3-minutes. The room was very clean, 2-bdrm suite, and had nice amenities. Breakfast was much better than expected. I really don't know what more one could want. The overall stay was absolutely wonderful. Each and every employee went out of their way to make sure that our group of (4) was comfortable. Three of us stayed in... more

The pool was cold (broken heater for sometime we were told) AFTER we had checked in. Breakfast was served in dirty serving trays (rusty/burnt), there was only a few pieces of bread out, the waffle iron was very dirty, and there was never anyone around to help. The staff stayed behind a partition or were constantly on the phone with... more

This hotel hasn't aged very gracefully, though they finally managed to find a room for us that didn't smell of smoke. Service was adequate at best. The pool and breakfast would have made it a decent value, but they didn't honor the rate we confirmed on their website, so we won't be back. more

My family and I stayed here again this spring while looking at colleges in the Bay Area. Since my husband is a "preferred" customer we were upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 2 room suite with a gas log fireplace. We loved that! The indoor pool was usually crowded and that did hinder the amount of time we... more
