The proximity to Vinces is the only thing it has going for it! Do not be fooled. People staying here LIVE there and have no respect for those staying the night. I got no sleep due to my neighbor blasting her TV from 2:15am onward. The front desk was of little help and were even lacking pillows. Nothing in the... More

We selected this hotel on-line due to price and proximity to where a relative has just moved. The location is good, on a "main drag" with relatively easy access to I-210 or I-10. There is plenty of parking, with the large lot creating a courtyard effect. Most of the rooms are set pretty far back from the road, which is... More

The bathroom is in desperate need of a remodel - 20+ years of patch jobs are really showing. The room was stuffy and no ventilation. The continental breakfast was a joke - in ripe fruit, watery coffee, pastries in plastic and fake OJ. Then the worst part was the horrible customer service - I don't think we even got a... More

It was awful. The lobby was nice but when you round the corner, I was afraid. We arrived late, around 9:15 pm. Many people were out and about and I'm sure many live there. I would not even be surprised if they rented rooms by the hour. We had left the bathroom door open all night and when I closed... More

An absolutly awful place to stay! Nasty! There are people who live here! We were able to show our children a drug deal! A john yelling at his girl, and a meth head. Super awful! The place was in bad shape. The door in thd bathroom had been kicked in and was broken/split in half so badly it would not... More

Five full stars from a very picky guy. Short term initial stay by this physician continued into a long-term (3 mo) very positive experience. Centrally located but in a safe neighborhood area set back off the main road (quiet, birds, trees). Very attentive manager and observant staff. Single family owned. Good hotel guests. Solid value without compromise of quality (20+%... More

We arrived around 9pm. My wife stayed in the from parking lot while I went in to register. She then came into the lobby saying a guy asked a question outside and he followed her into the lobby. The room was ok but the coffee pot was missing the coffee filter holder and I needed to hook up the cabling... More

The facilities: the air-conditioner in room is old and not making cold air. It's smelly when you turns on. The swimming pool and spa need to be cleaned, dirt and leaves in the pool; the gym is in-door, but the air-conditioner is unreachable & high & unplugged. The service persons are not warm nor inviting. They are addicted to the... More

When we arrived they did not have our room. We got a suite but as soon as we went in they asked us "are you sure you need a suite?" So we ended up forced into getting a smaller room so they offered us a roll out. Some time went by and we noticed we had not got our roll... More

the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. the room was clean, but in disrepair. the shower faucet didn't work properly, the hair dryer was broken. we wanted a non-smoking room and were put in a room that smelled like smoke- we changed rooms. the hotel is in bad shape, it is not being properly maintained. lots of caulk around the...
