My work has taken me to Ukiah for a night or two each week for the last several years. I've stayed at all the motels in Ukiah but for more than a year I have stayed at the Day's Inn. All of the staff have been courteous and helpful. The room is clean, and the breakfast gets me going for... More

Front counter staff was not friendly, I had to get both keys reactivated on my 2nd day, apparently they assumed I'd checked out even though I reserved for two nights. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, climate control and ventilation in room is poor quality, I was told I could only get a single queen room for same price as... More

Thank you for taking sometime to write out your comments about our hotel. Regarding your issues on room keys we do try to provide a key that is functional and sometimes with electronics not always possible and we are terribly sorry for that. About our mattresses we are in the process to upgrade our mattresses and our a/c units. Hopefully... More

Just wish housekeeping would vacuum thoroughly since animals are allowed. Room smelled like a dog. And also they need to clean up dead bugs on the ceiling.

I stayed here on and off for 15 days in December. The rooms are decent enough. Adding the low room cost which makes this hotel the best deal in town. I developed a good relationship with the owner who let me store some luggage for a week.

The rooms are dank, dated and feel dirty. If you want a bargain for $65 you will get one here. We payed $17 more and stayed at the Super 8 Ukiah a different night and our stay the was 100 times better. If you must go here to save money, bring air freshener or a nose plug. My clothes were... More

Everytime I pay a visit to Ukiah, I would like to stay at Days Inn in Ukiah, just because it's a spacious, clean and quiet hotel ran by a gentle, friendly and helpful manager and staff. I've enjoyed my few days stay here. I've felt as comfortable as at home. In addition, the room rate is reasonable. The WIFI was... More

Ignorant rude and inconsiderate front desk woman I take it the owner... unhelpful and worthless to be kind! I'm a Wyndham rewards member and have stayed at hundreds of their properties literally across America and this was the worst, refused to give me the points, denied the already booked rate that I had pre-booked and charged 30 dollars more for... Stayed at this hotel last night and it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was rude, did not explain anything to us, price, breakfast etc. acted like she didnt want to be there, no smile, no hello. Got into the room and noticed it smelled strange, old musty like smell. The carpet was still wet!!... More
