These people should be in jail. I stayed here for one night 10/31/08. I was alone, no pets (per policy). When I awoke in the morning November 1, 2008 I stepped on a large turd, probably human, that was lying just under the edge of the bedframe. It was rather fresh. In that particular location the turd had to have... more
Went to Ukiah for the first time to see my daughter who just had a baby in Ukiah. Had a mini-family reunion. The rooms were large, comfortable, clean. Complaints about this hotel are unfounded. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good and very generous. The beds were great. We will be going back and we will... more
I was expecting a standard when going to a Holiday Inn Express. The place seemed cheap, not cleaned well and really old. In fact, when you look past the lobby into the corner there were many supplies that seemed to be lying there for years! Anyhow, although it was really cheap for a Holiday Inn Express, it was not up... more
Clean large fresh smelling room, nice bath-new tub, great shower, big counter, good iron, big desk, chair with footstool, great breakfast t-hard boiled eggs, waffles, breads, cereals, muffins, bagels decent coffee, etc.. Easy access off freeway and fairly quiet! The TV had a high pitch buzz whine that was really bad. Fridge and micro in room, pillows marked soft or... more
Overall, an average HI Express. The noise that I was concerned about from the freeway was minimal. However, the truck noise from the road in front of the hotel was bothersome. Beds were so-so, bathroom was tiny, and all outside corridors (which seem less secure). more
My wife and I stayed here and couldn't have been happier. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean and the free breakfast wasn't too bad..... all for $80 a night. Our room had a comfy king bed, a fridge and a microwave. Our next stay will definately be here as we highly recommend the... more
We needed a place to spend the night in Ukiah & picked this hotel based on prior good experiences at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Like other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it has a great shower head & a curved shower rod to give you more room in the shower. They don't yet have the new "simply smart" bedding -... more
We spent one night here on Wednesday 2nd August. The rooms were large and very clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a swimming pool which, according to my daughter, was very cold. I decided not to try it! Although it is just off highway 101 it is very close to the town of Ukiah which has good... more
