The outside of the hotel looks decent. The rooms are disgusting! Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else! Don't bother with this hotel. Cigarette butts and bottle caps litter the parking lot, strange people wandering around the premises. The room that was provided had carpet stains , cigarette burns in the curtains, and a hole in the... More

Went in the pool and my whole family got Pontiac fever, a non lethal infection from the legionella bacteria. Walking on the carpet with white socks turns them black in minutes. The only person besides the sole maintenance guy that speaks any English is the front desk. Was awoken early and threatened with $100 fee for a window screen that... More

We stopped here at random which I would not have done if I had read the reviews! But it was fine - the room could have used a coat of paint and felt a bit rundown but was perfectly acceptable. Clean, quiet, coffee and wifi in the room. The man on the front desk was very nice and recommended a... More

When I first arrived around 3 pm there were some very unkept persons wondering around the parking lot plus those cleaning up around the hotel were very scruffy. The rooms are comparable to an old motel 6 and have just the basics inside the room. I did not feel real safe at this location. The next morning the breakfast was... More

I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times without a problem. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! It is obvious there are new owners to this place and they don't care. The room was disgusting. There must have been 100 flies in our room. The tub looked as though it hadn't been cleaned ever. The privacy curtain was... More

Read Santa Rosa Press Democrat 3 cases of Legionaries Disease traced back to this Hotel! I guess you could wear a mask and get a room rely cheap right now. This place has law enforcement called almost every night. The back building which is Gray is extended stay and filthy!

Hmmm, where do I start. Best Western was booked out, and all they other places we tried were booked. This place looked decent enough from the front. The pretty lights were deceiving. There is a big fire in the area, so it seems this is the hotel/motel/inn the fire fighters and Regae Festival attendees refused to stay at. I think... More

We drove 9 hours from Oregon and by the time we reached this place at 9:15pm it sounded good on their online description so we checked in ready for a hot jacuzzi. The house with 4 jacuzzis could be nice but there is obviously NO maintenance on this property. 1 jacuzzi had warm milky water and debris on the bottom... More

Booked the suite for $200/a night over a month ago. Was informed that the hotel had elected to give my reservation away to someone else, with no reason given. Do yourself a favor, avoid this hotel at all costs. Yes, it is inexpensive, but the quality of service is so far below unsatisfactory. The accommodations top out at a C-... More

The place of choice to stay for many years during the Redwood Empire Fair. Last year we stayed for five nights and the place was down right nasty. One of the reasons for choosing it was the size of the pool and the location (across the street from the fairgrounds). The pool area was fallilng apart and no repairs being... More
