I believe that the hotel has received excellent ratings because it is brand new. From that perspective, it was a little scary to see that our room already had stains on the carpet and scratches on the wall. This hotel is brand new just opened not long ago. Everything is in working order and very clean. Good quality mattress and pillows. Good quality breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. The only thing I dislike is the lighting in the room. They use white fluorescent bulb, which I don't prefer. I like yellow bulbs. more

I stayed at this brand new hotel as Visalia was full. Delightful staff, great amenities and services. I loved the rooms, they are so new, clean, huge and have amenities much like a high upscale hotel. I will stay at this hotel every time I visit on business. Thank you!!! more
