The lodge is very nice, the rooms are clean and the location is awesome, the only thing negative is that alot of the shops were closed which was a dissapointment.over all the place makes you feel like you are actually on a vacation. Its sort of like high class camping.

There's definitely nothing like Northstar at LEAST on California.. The village looks and feels like a European or Swiss village. The various Staff are from around the world (acknowledged on their nametags), and they surprisingly as the best part of the Northstar experience!

This is by far the worst place i ever stayed. Never again!!!!!!!!!! Consider yourself warned, it is pathetic!! First room the minute i walked in I thought seriously this is $250/night....yuck!!!! Looked like an old condo from the 1980's and the heater didn't work. The engineer came to the room and took 30 minutes, and he was such a great... More

I have had a season pass here for 3 years. Every employee from the ticket office, lift line staff, janitors, lodge servers, retail staff know how to treat the guests. I wish whoever trains them can train everyone, everywhere in customer service! Facilities are clean and well maintained.

We are so dispointed about Northstar hotel style room at all. Firstly, we booked one bed only, but they gave us two beds. The problem is there was no space for our laugages and ski equipment. Then, we called the front desk to complain their mistake, they just said that there is no room wiv one bed still avaliable. They... More

We stayed in a three-bedroom, two-bath condo as a large family at one of the Mountain Condos at Northstar during Christmas week. Given how expensive it was to stay in Northstar at this time of year, we decided to give the Mountain Condos a try because it was simply more affordable for the space we needed and had more availability.... We rented one of the homes at Northstar and the home fit us well. The reason I'm only giving three stars though is there were many minor issues, nothing major but the culmination of many minor issues became annoying. The shuttle service is great and fast and helps as parking is very difficult here. As with most resorts everything is... More

Stayed in Ironhorse south overlooking the ski slopes. Two bed condo beautifully finished , large rooms and bathrooms. Best condo in the area , esp compared to Squaw resort. Village is nice , same as Beaver Creek, well planned and easy access to lifts. Great family resort.

The condo was very clean, modern, great location, we just wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it. The property manager was very easy to work with as well. Would def rent this property again. You have access to the pool and spa area as well, which is great - kinda wish we discovered that on day 1!... More
