Check In was smooth and someone escorted me to my from and showed all the unique features. Having travelled in Japan, I understand why this is the hotel for Japanese guests. From the room features, to the toilet, to the restaurant, and of course the proximity of the supermarket that takes you back to Japan.

A very clean, quality hotel with courteous service. Two queen beds are comfortable yet smaller than expected, otherwise , very high quality decor, bath, toilet with bidet, security elevator, ...etc. we stayed 3nights to attend graduation event, were very happy & will stay here again if come this way.

Everything was top notch from check in to check out. Our room had a fabulous Japanese shower/bath, large rooms, great linens and very, very clean. What a lovely hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms with beautiful amber lighting. A bathroom with a tub which rivals the spa downstairs! Free Wi-Fi and parking, easy freeway access. Restaurant served excellent food. I look forward to going back!
