I could not ask more of Ian and Isobel. They provided a great place to stay for my mum while down for two nights in October, providing a warm welcome, great hosting skills and a fabulous stay. Even going the extra mile to ensure she got to where we were competing hassle free and on time. Will defiantly recommend and... More

Isobel Bennett and her family were very welcoming hosts; full or continental breakfast was available early or before 09.00. The family room was superb, spotless and home baking was provided in my room. I could come and go as I pleased and this suited my work and family commitments. Would stay again and recommend due to the easy commute to... More

Stayed at Habbieauld Farm for 3 nights in August in order to attend the Commenwealth Games. Very handy location, Kilmaurs has a train station with a direct train to Glasgow every hour. The accommodation was clean and comfy, the bed in our room was huge! Great ensuite! Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of fried and cereals. Tea &... More

We had a big ensuite family room which was spotless with tea/coffee etc and a homely lounge area downstairs which was spacious and very comfortable.... More

Stayed here while in area for business. Location was perfect just off the M77 easy access to Glasgow International and Prestwick Airports. Bedroom and lounge very comfortable, clean, warm and roomy. Owner Isobel is lovely and I enjoyed a good farmhouse breakfast each morning. There is a nice pub restaurant a short walk away and a main line train station... More

Habbieauld B&B Treat We arranged to stay there for one night as a break whilst driving to Loch Lomond.  Go through part of a housing estate and a short distance along a dirt track and soon the journey is transformed into a tranquil countryside farmhouse setting .  The proprietor, Isobel, came out to greet us on arrival and to help... My mother who is 80 stayed at the Habbiauld B&B for 5 nights on a trip back to visit family in Kilmaurs. Isabelle, the owner, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely caring and as my mum has some mobility issues she was concerned about her using the stairs and waited up for her each evening. The bedroom is very spacious... More

Arrived here ( family of five) hot & sweaty after hard day's cycling ( Lands End to J'Groats) and Isabel couldn't have been more helpful! Booked us into the recommended eatery in Kilmaurs & also gave us a lift down there to make sure we found it on time. Had viirtually an entire house to ourselves - with huge sitting... More
