We arrived in Thousand Palms a day before our rental unit was available so as the red barn was close by decide to stay there. Room was clean, quiet, wi-fi, flat screen TV and bed was very comfortable. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel chain but would definetly stay there again.

The motel could have gotten a better review had the price been more in-line with lack of quality but over $80 with a senior discount is too much. The tub was peeling and to hide the issues a dirty rubber mat covered the bottom. One of the bed spreads had a large burn (in a non smoking motel). After 9... More

We stayed here for one night on Thanksgiving night. We stayed here because of some last-minute holiday planning with other family members. Most other hotels were already booked, or were $300+/night. Good proximity to Palm Desert and the freeway. Customer service at the front desk was acceptable. We were in the superior king room on the second floor. The room... More

This is the first time I've written a negative review, and I stay at a lot of motels. I figure most negative reviews are usually folks making a mountain out of a mole hill. But this horrible stay on November 18 has to be relayed to folks. This is just unacceptable. Here's what I experienced: 1. After I checked in... More

I stayed at this motel approximately 3 years ago and remembered how kind the people were that worked there. I was not disappointed this time either. In fact they exceeded my expectations. The names of the employees who went above and beyond their "normal" care for their customers were Teresa, Ashley, Christian and Alma. We had problem with the first... More

My favorite place to stay. Im at this location at least 3 times every month. I've had excellent service everytime at this location. Thanks to the staff April and Chris. I love the King superior room, it has a mini fridge coffee pot and ironing board and iron for convience.

Stayed 3 nights at this Red Roof Inn. Chosen because of price and previous good stay at another in Tucson. However, this motel is fairly average, albeit my room was large and comfortable. Location is fine being just off the freeway and with easy driving to Palm Springs, but there were disadvantages. The motel overlooks a large overnight lorry parking... More

Zero problems with this facility. Room was wonderful and internet was very accessible. After a 700 mile drive, my mom was thrilled that the pool and hot tub were opened "year round". It helped the knots on her back and she had great sleep because of it. I was so tired, I just crashed on the comfy bed. This one... More

I spent a weekend here for a softball tournament. We are on a budget and need a safe place to land after a day of playing. It was clean and did not smell. Unfortunately our room needed to be made up when we arrived, but the delay was fine. The wifi was very spotty. Our group had about 5 rooms... More

If you care about your safety, don't go there! People entered into our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping!!!!! No lock at the door, no safety guard, any key can open any room....and the staff is rude! I have been so scared that I didn't sleep the hole night ... I will never go there... More
