We had a fantastic stay at the Honey Oak House. The owner/hosts Joe and Melinda were wonderful. We have stayed at B&B's all over Europe and rarely find a similar level of hospitality here in the USA but we found it here at Honey Oak House. The rooms are small and cute. Not brand new by any means but clean... More

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Honey Oak House. Joe and Melinda were so charming and helpful,. The B&B is centrally located with easy access to several nearby wineries. We took home a bottle of their Olive Oil which is Amazing!

The Honey Oak House is a gem of a bed and breakfast. Nestled amongst the vines of Templeton, this home offers amazing views and warm hospitality. We stayed at Honey Oak House for one night and so wish we could've stayed longer. Joe and Melinda are very friendly and were helpful about ideas for restaurants and places to visit in the local area. Joe took us on a tour of the vineyard - a must! Our room was very comfortable with a lovely veranda overlooking the... More

What a surprise to find out how truly lovely, scenic and beautiful this B & B is that we happened to book on the way to Southern California. We stayed in the cottage attached to the main house where we saw vineyards from every window. We can't wait to return and stay longer. Joe and Melina make several kinds of... More

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. There is a gated driveway to the vineyard and Honey Oak house making the grounds and house even more private. The Honey Oak house is clean and comfortable. The Laranetas are genuine and thoughtful. Melinda sat down with us in morning to share a cup of coffee and offer suggestions depending... More

Delightful. The owners, Joe and Melinda Laraneta have created a real person experience. The place is in a country location, safe, and quiet. Don't miss Joe's vineyard tour. We will definitely go back if in the Templeton area again.
