As I was in my rental car on the way to the hotel I was called to say my prepaid room reservation was terminated. They had just sold out the hotel, including my prepaid room. Not happy. Maybe it's sour grapes on my part, but I've never had a prepaid room reservation terminated.

Old, worn out and the room smelled. The package amenities were not provided and when reminded, they were still not provided! The restaurant was average. The waitress was distant and seemed put out by serving us. The overall vibe of the restaurant was strange and not comfortable. Would not recommend this Inn with so many other options to choose from.

The Temecula Creek Inn offers travelers and locals alike, very warm and cozy rooms that are priced very fairly. The golf and dining make this a true destination spot away from the beaten path. We would surely recommend this facility to friends and look forward to staying again.

We arrived at the property thinking that it would be a nice hotel based on the pictures on their website and the high price. The golf course, grounds and restaurant were lovely but the rooms were outdated and dirty. We actually found bugs in the linens and the carpet was filthy. We would never stay here again.

OCVisitor, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay with us. I'm sorry to hear your room did not live up to the rest of your experience at the Inn. We booked the "Date Night" package which promises a little extra to make it a romantic/special get away. This is why I booked this property. We could have stayed anywhere but we wanted something uniquely romantic. 1. There was no champagne and truffles until we had to call and remind them it came with our package. 2. We never received... I reserved two rooms and both were very spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. The view for both rooms overlooked the golf course. The food at the restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner, was very good. All the people in our party were happy with their entrees and drinks. The food was equal in presentation and flavor to upscale restaurants.... More

THe Good: It was our anniversary. The hotel provided a complementary bottle of wine and two glasses with a personlized card. Where it could have been bad (but was made OK): It is said that good service is often defined by the way staff handles screw-ups. Here's a case in point: Our room was cleaned before we were ready to... More

They had fresh apple and icy cold water with lemon to help you hydrate after a long hot day of golf. The lobby staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant is cozy and romantic with a view of the golf course. Hopefully they will complete with their remodeling soon as the bathrooms downstairs are still done and its a little... More

We spent 6 nights here. This is an affordable Rustic Resort. Don't expect a 5 star Ritz Carlton. The place is old and a little tired. We had a nice King room on the ground floor, facing the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. They said this was one of the upgraded rooms, clean but the carpet was old.... More

My husband booked Temecula Creek Inn mainly for the golf course, but we only had a day and a half there and we used that time to visit wineries and go to Old Town Temecula and Pechanga Casino so he didn't get to go. The rooms were clean and comfy and a bit rustic which I like. My only complaints... More
