I recently traveled from Ohio for a friend's wedding to here at SouthCoast Winery. After a disappointing check in I was finally greeted by a front desk person Julia who graciously turned my frown into a smile. The manager should be aware of the younger employees at that desk and in reservations who are short with the customer and snobbish.... More

To be honest, the hotel looks kind of ugly upon arrival. It has stucco with different colors and Greek columns, like it's a mismatch of architectural styles and a bit like an apartment building. The lobby is also unimpressive. The pool area and villas are lovely, however. We did get a great mid-week rate on a King villa with a... More

Awesome stay with a girl friend having brunch, a bottle of Rose' at the bar and pool time. The ambience was great by the pool. We snacked and had a spritzer to cool us down while lounging. Great customer service! We had the black label package which included a complimentary breakfast, bottle of wine and tasting tickets. Although the tickets... More

Booked online, last minute reservations after holiday weekend. Upon check in, greeted by friendly staff. Room description met my expectations, definitely spacious and nicely decorated. The ambience of staying at SCW matched the wine tasting/touring/romantic experience. The only downside i noticed was the following day after i checked in, I discoverd online rates $50/day cheaper than what I booked on... More

We just returned from great weekend at Southcoast Winery Resort. We went to see jazz trumpeter, Chris Botti perform up the road from the resort. From Julie at registration to Josh and Marty in the winery, all first rate. This was our third visit to Southcoast, but first time in the new hotel tower. We were not disappointed. Our syrah... More

This was a return visit and again had a great stay, however, management has cut back on extras. I really missed the complimentary bottle of wine upon check in. That was such a nice extra at a winery resort. Also the grounds were not as meticulously manicured as in the past around the villas. Perhaps they were short staffed at... More

Staff was always friendly. Every time we walked in the front lobby we were greated by name. Rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. Spa service was great. It's a perfect couples get away weekend.

Stayed in one of the villas. Front desk staff at check In was very friendly and helpful. The villa decor is a little outdated and it was kind of gross that the high ceilings don't allow the cleaning crew to dust. Tons of old wine bottles up there covered in dust. That being said the bathroom was roomy and the... More

I will say this however, we are members, do love their wines..usually red HOWEVER, I just stumbled upon their white, crisp cool California Girl!! Oh goodness that is a good one!!! I love their spa...don't forget to... More

Everything from the tasting room, to the spa, pool, guest rooms, food...it's all amazing! You honestly don't need to leave the premises once you arrive - they have it all. We love love love Jennifer in the tasting room...she makes everyone feel important, she's friendly, funny, attentive & we just love seeing her every time!
