We came back to Stallion Springs to check out what we had missed on our previous visited when we were evacuated because of a wildfire. The resort has individual one-story bungalow apartments. On our last visit we had a two-bedroomed, this time a one-bedroomed. overlooking the golf course. The accommodation is spacious and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with... More

We booked this week thru RCI and really enjoyed it. When I called the day before to say we might arrive late they arranged to have the porch light on and a key in the lock box. There was also a flashlight on the door handle so we could see the numbers on the lock box. We also had Natalie’s... More

If you are the type of person that doesn't want the noise of the city, this is and perfect getaway. I checked the location because of the reviews. This is a place for older people its a place to relax and just read a book. There's no restaurants near. I love most is the wooden covered bridge on a creek.... More

My mother and sister spent a great week at Stallion Springs. We explored the area including the Tehachapi Loop (which we all loved!) We did local wine tasting and explored Tehachapi town. We visited the wind mills and a wild cat sanctuary. The resort had several activities to choose from. The room was comfortable, except the kitchen is WAY too... More

My husband and I first time went to Stallion Springs Resort in late May 2013 for a week of timeshare exchange through RCI; AND we were glad we did -- the resort staff was incredibly awesome, the resort was so lovely and located in a quiet remote location with beautiful setting, that we are returning in the summer of 2014.... We just had a week at this small resort nestled in the mountains just an hour away from Bakersfield. Connie, the weekday employee, was very helpful. Due to a misunderstanding on my end, Connie took care of it so we would have a full week at Stallion Springs Resort. My husband needed to work all week (on line) while I... More

Stallion Springs Resort has a Tehachapi, CA address but it is about a 25 minute drive to the edge of the city of Techachapi. So if work stress leads you to want a place to chill out this will do fine. Our timeshare unit was #406. One bedroom, large living room (see photo below), small kitchen (see photo below), and... We rented the 2/2 unit and it was nicely appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette was small but adequately stocked with the necessities. A gas BBQ in a nice shaded area was near our unit. We cooked most of our meals there & the small kitchen/sink was no big deal! Be sure to take your coffee & other condiments that you... More
