Only stayed here 1 night after a football playoff game vs. Tehachapi. The hotel has a modern theme, was very clean, and the help at the front desk was first rate. We checked in early and the room we were given hadn't been made up yet. The woman at the front desk apologized and immediately placed us in another room.... More

We often stay at this hotel as Tehachapi is a good mid-point when traveling across California and into Nevada or Arizona. The hotel is in great shape and the staff are helpful and the rooms are spacious and modern. Breakfast is very good at this hotel. Be careful about the weather as Tehachapi is subject to severe storms and landslides... More

The lady who checked me in was very friendly and easy on the eyes. I asked her about a steakhouse that I saw between the off ramp and the hotel, luckily she recommended a great steakhouse nearby, but off the beaten path (Jake's). My room was large, clean and above average for a Fairfield, as it came with a balcony.... More

We parked our pickup truck and trailer in the parking lot away from all the parked cars. There were many empty parking places left for other guests in the lot. When checking in, I was told that we couldn't park in the lot, but had to park on the street. It was policy! We could be towed ( which frankly... More

Thank you for your review. We apologize about the inconvenience our parking policy caused for you. For oversized vehichles or vehichles towing, parking is available in front of the hotel. We do offer parking in our parking lot if the vehicle will fit in a space, or the towig vehicle may detach and park next to the trailer in the... More

I travel for work. I live in hotel rooms, that isn't hyperbole I literally travel 100% of there time. I stayed here a while back and had the most fantastic sleep, my coworkers and I met in the lobby in the morning and all of us started talking immediately about how good the beds were. When you travel like I... More

Stayed here for work for a week. The rooms facing the train tracks get a little noise, so request a rear-facing room if that's an issue. My room had an odd odor. There are stores nearby so I added some Febreeze on top of the hotel's deodorizer. I got best reception for my cell phone on the balcony (barely worked... More

The facility was prepared for our arrival, room clean and staff very helpful. We were so pleased we rebooked for our return home. Full breakfast available. Tehachapi is a small town on CA 58 and great for people traveling east or west. Beats Bakersfield!
