Just returned from a one night stay at this resort. Postives? Location simply cannot be beat at this price point though it was expensive for a one night stay considering check in isn't until 3pm and check out is at 11am. You don't get even a full 24-hour stay for the $275 I paid. Room was nice. Bed was very... More

Yes, many of our guests say that staying one night here does not provide the best value. It is important to spend a full day to take everything in; a lake side sun rise and sunset, time to play with all the toys or just relax on the beach. We often require three night minimums during weekends in July and... More

It doesn't get better than this. The rooms are excellent. The staff is excellent. The location is excellent! If you love the Lake and your idea of fun is spending the day on the beach with the family then you will not be disappointed. From the lounges with pads and umbrellas for all to kayaks and paddle boards and volleyball... More

My daughter and I chose this hotel for our only night in Lake Tahoe because it was directly on the beach. Our room was about 40 feet from the main road which hugs the lake, and since it is wonderfully cool at night, the windows were wide open. The traffic really never stops, so if you want peace and a... We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay but appreciate your feedback. A review of our property map shows that two of the 32 units on property are adjacent to State route 28. Yours was one of them. The road noise does reduce at night but it is a valid concern for some guest. These are the last rooms... More

We stayed here in August and had a great time. The resort/rooms are a bit dated (but in-line with the Tahoe style). We didn't stay in the room much so it was not an issue. All rooms have a lake view, but ask to be on the second floor, as close to the lake as possible. We had room #148... More

We really enjoyed our stay the beach, the views and the amenities were great. Loved kayaking late afternoon. Great that the beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle board and all are included no extra charges. Lots right there to keep everyone busy. Great Ice cream and pizza place across the street. The staff is great and very helpful. Would love to... More

First time here. Came with my wife, infant daughter, & parents. Beautiful lakeside property. Plenty of toys for kids & an excellent beach for the whole fam. Rooms are adequate...plenty of squeaking/creeking though when talking (& from noise above). Conveniently located in the Tahoe area. Jacuzzis are pleasant enough- but usually swarmed with kids...a plus or minus depending on your... More

We have been staying here for the last five years for the Fourth of July. When you check in we get a very warm" welcome back" from Corina and Maria. Our room had a number of upgrades including new carpet. This is a family run establishment and all the pride of ownership is evident in all the staff members. The... More

From start to finish, we absolutely loved our visit to this gem of a resort on the North Shore. After four previous stays in a South Lake Tahoe, where we could occasionally glimpse the lake from various hotel rooms and had to pay a fortune to rent equipment for our kids to use. This resort had it all at a... More

We had not booked and found Mourelatos in the AAA Tour Guide. We wanted 2 nights, needing to rest up on a long road trip. They gave us a huge room with a corner view of the lake, with dining kitchen, sofa and chairs, and very comfortable Kingsize bed. We fixed our food in the kitchen and spent our whole... More

Our king room (142), second from the lakeshore, had a fabulous view and was very comfortable. We did hear faint TV sounds from either below or beside us. The room has no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and a few open windows (there are screens and a cross-breeze is possible) cooled the room nicely. The property is clean and... More
