This hidden little gem is tucked behind a store front right across from the lake. It is located in a great area next to shops and restaurants. The rooms are kind of small, but full of charm. It's like being in a cabin, except you're not. Could improve on some of the amenities offered, and is a little overpriced. Would... More

I visit Tahoe very often, and have never seen this little place before. We stayed here during Christmas weekend, so surrounding hotel prices were ridiculous. We were glad we found this place. The price was kind of steep for what was offered, but I blame that on the holiday weekend. It was in a great location. There were many shops... More

...really enjoyed this place. Nice, comfortable rooms. And the place is pet friendly. The staff is very helpful which is always a plus. The hotel is right in the middle of Tahoe City so walking distance to many places to eat and drink. Also, right across the hotel is a nice place to walk dogs. So location wise, this place... More

This was a cozy adequate hotel. Nice but not frilly. The shower could use a soap dish desperately and was very small. Very good value for the price and very convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Tahoe City.

This place is a great find, located in the heart of Tahoe city so everything is easily walkable (beach, dining, bike trails etc). Rooms still had that cozy cabin feel with the log furniture and wood beam ceilings along with cabin type decor. Had the room with a queen bed, it was a good size had a desk and two... More

This motel is located on the main road going around Lake Tahoe but the noise level is very low. There is a comfortably-sized parking lot, very simple exterior of a 2-story building. That is where "plain" ends. Enter the rooms through a long breezeway to allow your dog time to settle down, and you to clean up your Best Friend... More

From the little welcome notes to the rustic touches everywhere you look, this little place is a gem. Every day I was discovering another note somewhere. Convenient to everything, a cool evening on the back porch listening to the cheers of the ballgame behind the Inn was always the perfect ending to beautiful days. Pets abound and the atmosphere seems... More

This hotel is convenient. It is located across the street from the beach and is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town. We chose this hotel because we decided at the last minute to take a vacation on the 4th of July and this was the only hotel that had rooms left in downtown Tahoe City.... More

I love unique, friendly and convenient places that make me smile, and this Inn was all of those things. 1) Great decor (mountain rustic that that the owner also sells in the fairly large furniture store in front), 2) The most pet-friendly place I've ever been to (a special pet sheet to throw over the bed, food and water bowls,... One of the best pet friendly hotels ever!!! We were greeted with 2 friendly ladies in the store and given our keys! Our room had a welcome message to us and our dog! Plus, cute dog bowls and an awesome blanket for boomer to sleep on! Shower was nice and hot, room was clean and comfortable! Thank you!
