I stayed at the Trailside in for one night this past weekend; I was in town for the Bizz Johnson Trail Marathon. The hotel was fully booked over the weekend, as are most of the hotel/motels in town. I found the hotel clean and comfortable; the front desk staff cheerful and accomodating; and the hotel's flexibility in helping out all... more

A great value, with a good size room. Flat screen TV, which is always nice, and free wifi. The room was big enough that we were able to put an air mattress on the floor beside the bed for a third person. Overall it is what you would expect and hope for from a Best Western. more

I checked into this hotel with my 2 children. We needed a place to stop before heading back home. At about 10 pm there was a knock on the door. A woman said that she was there to meet someone with my name (I have a very common name). She realized that she did not know me then said the... more

I spent a nice overnight at the Trailside and it met all standards I expected with a Best Western chain hotel. I particularly liked the abundance of ground floor rooms on the large lot so I could haul my bags directly inside from my motorcycle--and keep an eye on it just outside the door. Room was spotless with king bed,... more

Old, dingy and overpriced. We stayed at the Trailside several times over the years. Since we found High Country Inn, that's where we go! more

We've stayed at the Trailside many times when traveling cross country and decided it was time to write a review. We have found this to be a consistently good stop. Always clean and well-maintained. It even has a fairly decent expanded continental breakfast. more

This Best Western was just usual. The room was adequate and normal. The breakfast in the morning was your usual fare. Small pastries, bread, cereal, hard boiled egg, etcetera. Just a nice stopover for a good nights sleep. more

We checked in about 7pm and the man behind the counter was bouncing an inflated ball on the counter toward my face. Couldn't have cared less about customer service. He was sullen and answered questions with sarcasm. I'd find another hotel to stay at. Room was okay; quiet and clean. Staff working in the morning was very nice. Kids enjoyed... more

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. If you are making a reservation, make sure you ask for one of the rooms that has been updated, some rooms looked like they hadn't been done over yet. Those rooms looked nice but weren't quite up to ours. Nicely decorated, clean rooms with flat screen tv, microwave and refrigerator,... more
