I waited way to long to get my room assignment and key eventually telling the front desk staff to come outside and get me if or when they found my reservation since I had prepaid. When I finally got to my room, the pass key did not work so I had to return to the lobby with my bags in... More

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We were on a motorcycle, they sensed we were worn out from the days heat/ride and were quick to give us a room on the first floor so we did not have to carry our bags up the stairs. They pointed in a direction of places to eat and to get... More

Stayed one night. Overpriced for value. Older hotel with surface updating, still a motel. Noisy, bugs and steep slippery stairs to second floor. There are better options, even for Susanville, especially for the rates they charge. Nice front desk staff, and it was clean, just old and expensive.

This was my first stay at this hotel since I retired in 2012 for pure personal pleasure. The service and reception was as I expected it to be, outstanding. However, I have stayed here several times during my work assignments in Susanville through the years (1999, 2005 & 2012), and I have always stayed at this hotel. My last work... More

Perfect for visiting Susanville, CA. My Family and I had a good, clean comfortable stay. It was great to cool off in the pool on a hot summer's day. Breakfast at the Lumberjack Restaurant was outstanding (included with the room rate)!

A little dated but clean and nice! You have to go to a restaurant next door with a voucher from hotel for your breakfast. Breakfast was good. Internet was hard to connect to. Once connected it worked fine.

I asked for a room that was quiet and away from the street, they put me in a room close to the street, but i could not hear any traffic noises.. which seemed kinda weird,, they must have... More

I stay here on regularly. It has great parking and has Lumberjack's for breakfast. Friendly staff tooone draw back is there is no elevator and no hot tub. Some rooms need to be reorganized because the dest is in front of the ac unit and it doesn't work properly like that.
