I have stayed at this hotel over the past 14 years. I have seen the hotel under take varoius changes in order to upgrade their rooms and breakfast area over the years . For the area it is a great choice!

We have stayed at the Best Western in Susanville three times. The rooms have been remodeled and are very clean and fresh. It's close to shopping and a variety of places to eat. The service is great too.

This place was Excellent. Beds were firm and comfortable. Bathroom clean and the shower had high pressure and lots of hot water. Had 1 queen so there was room for 2 comfy chairs and a table. The breakfast had jimmy dean breakfast biscuits really tasty orange juice, fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt and delicious apple fritters. Would definitely stay again.
