We were really pleased with our room and the outdoor surroundings. We brought our dog and were happy for a little patio outside where the dog could sit with us to watch goings on. The beds, sheets, pillows were of high quality and comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the gardeners use Roundup to kill weeds on the... More

This hotel has a wonderful property with lots of green and shade, flowers and patios. I would suggest a lower floor so you can take advantage of the sliding glass door and patio. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and pillows amazing. You can tell they are part of the Westin because their bedding reflected that high standard.... More

First of all let me say, the staff were great at this place but the owners of this hotel (The Sheraton Group) have committed a fundamental error that really makes me (and other Trip Advisor reviewers really mad. On top of charging the grand total of $409 per night, excluding breakfast mind you, they have the temerity to charge you... More

We originally had a ground floor room. The stench was unreal. Humid and smelly. I think the building has issues. The humidity was not your average humidity in California. Especially with no rain in sight and such hot tempatures. The smell was truly unbearable. We opened the windows and sprayed air freshener to no avail. Fortunately we were moved to... More

Stayed for 5 nights for a business trip. Checkin, checkout process was fairly quick. Good: * Clean, spacious rooms. * Comfortable beds. * No shortage of power outlets. Bad: * Housekeeping may replace your shampoo/conditioner if they feel like (happened a couple of times). Ugly: * Found a 1" cockroach frolicking on the bed when I was about to check... More

Friendly helpful staff and a good base for stopovers in the lower bay area. Is typical of standard hotel chains for business; clean, efficient, good quality food but lacks character. I would not have a problem revisiting this hotel for future trips

I've stayed here a few times on business. Rooms are what you'd expect for a mid range hotel. They are clean and the desk decent for working. Breakfast is buffet but I always order off the ala carte menu. For what I want it's cheaper and fresher. Wifi is either really fast or just decent. But it's included in the... More

Check in was great! Paul was very helpful during our checkin. Stayed on the second floor looking on the the pool which is quite attractive. Older rooms but renovated. SPG club lounge does a nice evening job with chicken satay, nacho chips and guac and snack bars. Lots of beverages available including fruit juices, beers and wines. Breakfast at Fez... More

Just a block off of the 237, but didn't hear any road noise whatsoever (we were in a poolside room). Did, however, hear lots of noise from the hallway as the acoustics carried right under the gap between the door and floor of our room. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed fairly comfortable, as was seating in the... More

The hotel is getting a bit dated, specially for a Sheraton name brand. But the front desk was great and accommodating at check in. It was comfortable since we were passing by and looking for a place to sleep.

It's great to know you had a restful night's sleep before continuing your travels. We hope to welcome you back again soon and hope for a longer visit.
