Spent the night here. The set up is very sober and somewhat dated. The rooms are ok and it is nice that it has a residential feel to it. Staff is friendly. Rooms have no minibar. Breakfast is also very limited. And pretty expensive for $18 per person. Don't stay here when you expect comfort. Ideal for one night on... More

Outdoor heating wasn't working so water was cold. The jacuzzi made up the difference. Well priced for a large family and clean. We stayed two nights and would stay there again without looking around for another hotel. They met our expectation.

I stayed here for two weeks as a part of a business trip. There were some billing queries which I had to call multiple times to settle. The rooms were just above average for the prices charged. I guess the location is why the rooms are expensive. I have to say that the hotel does not live up to the... More

Overpriced even by Silicon Valley standards, this property didn't provide the value or experience expected. In addition to high room rates, the property charged for Wi-Fi connection ($9.95/day) as well as charging $18.00 for a mundane breakfast buffet (usually included at biz hotels, in my experience). The so-called executive level room did not have a microwave, but did have a... More

If business brings you to the Sunnyvale area, the Sheraton Sunnyvale. should certainly be considered for your stay. My key features for a business hotel are, a quiet, clean room, exercise facilities and a "walk to" restaurant. This Sheraton has them all, along with convenient parking near the room. The Exercise room will fill up at peak times, but it... More

Given it's location you can't beat this hotel for business needs. That being said it's very dated and expensive. If this hotel were located anywhere else it would not only be like a two star, but also would never be able to get away with charging the rate it does.

Clean, spacious room (in the 500 building). Surprisingly quiet given it's next to a highway (the window insulation is pretty good). Nice inner courtyard with pool. What really impressed us was their restaurant, though: Faz. It's much better than what you typically expect from this kind of business hotel. We tried different flatbreads as well as the filet mignon and... More

Nice rooms that are clean and quite spacious. Dogs allowed in rooms apparently as we saw one in elevator and heard one barking in a room as we walked down the hall. I know that's popular but can't help but wonder how clean hotel bedding can be with animals in the room. Staff was nice and gave out cute cupcakes... More

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, you do not get complementary breakfast like many of the other hotels in the same range. It is very close to some of the offices and hence the location is advantageous. For me the fact that they have a good in-house restaurant is a big one.

Nothing spectacular or anything to complain about here. Rooms in the south bay are pricey for what you pay for though. Paid over $300 a night... The stay was everything I would expect from a Sheraton.
