The negative comments about this hotel are ridiculous. We go to Sunnyvale for our grandsons baseball games at Twin Creeks. We never stay anywhere else and we are always pleased. We have never had a problem. I think there are a lot of people out there who want the Ritz at a Quality price. More

The original hotel I booked with this chain had a maintainence issue so they contacted me and informed me that they changed me over to this place. Not a good area, not a clean hotel, not professional management, no towels in room, uncomfortable beds. Only for a night- Thankfully! More
