Great central location, good/great internet, super helpful owner/managment/staff. I travel out to the bay area a lot, and this place is always much, much less than other hotels. Yes, it is not the Ritz - but it is fine. Rooms have newer in room air conditioner/heaters that are quieter than many I've encountered, but the 101 is right outside and... More

The location was great for what we needed, central to our various plans in the Palo Alto/Fremont area. Our room was very good; clean, spacious, with a good bed and a couch. The 'continental breakfast' was ok perhaps for most with Raisin Bran, Cheerios, bread, and coffee and little else. We required other foods so went to a grocery store.... More

Being my first visit to Silicon valley, I was not sure of where the best place to stay would be. I am so glad that I chose this location as it was central to everything. 15 minute drive from Google, Facebook, Apple and less than 5 minutes from Yahoo :) Worth going to see all of those places (Although try... First of all, a disclaimer, it is a cheap hotel $85/night. Having said this, I was expecting a decent service and value for the money. Pros: Cheap Free internet Close to the highway Plenty of parking spaces Plenty of premium channels Cons: Dirty My room was not made and lacked shampoo and clean towels The cleaning lady attempted to open... Do not expect 3 star service from a motel.Silicon Valley hotels are expensive and we only wanted a room for a night before moving on to friends. The room was adequate in size, was very clean and we had shampoo and conditioner bottles.heating was in room air and good, although fan was noisy as these usually are.Right next to the freeway... We chose this hotel for its location. The check in person was friendly and gave us the room we needed, and then came in to plug in the bedside lights for us, as they were not working and the outlet access required moving the bed. Truly it was fine except: no in-room coffee nor lobby coffee, in fact we had... More

America's best value inn it wasn't, at least this particular hotel. Staff acted as though staying there was an imposition. Further, check-in person was nearly inarticulate in English and it made for frustration and misunderstanding (which is not what one wants to encounter after a days driving in tough traffic). Later, another of the staff was able to act as... More

The plane is run by a family living in the back office. There is always a crying baby when you come . The mother and father are probably running the hotel and you always seem to disturb if you come. The breakfast is very very basic - unfirdged milk, cerals and a cake in a nylon bag - and is... More

Stayed here a couple times. Staff has always been friendly. Rooms are good sized and clean. beds are comfortable. rooms have fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron and hair dryers. Have not tried the continental breakfast so I cannot comment.. Have not had a problem with noise as other reviewers have. As any place I guess it depends on where your room... More

My room was clean and comfortable but the highwaynoise was a little annoying. The so-called continental breakfast was terrible. The first morning the orange juice was watered down, but the apple juice was OK. I told the manager about it. However, the next morning, both the orange and apple juices were watered down. I guess they were trying to save... More
