I stayed in Residence Inn, Sunnyvale during August 2007 for 2 weeks on a business trip. I found the stay very comfortable. The complementary breakfast and evening snacks were very tasty and enjoyable. While the hotel is average at best in terms of cleanliness and ammenities, the service is horrible. I was charged a $250 smoking fee for smoking in the room - which of course I did not. This is a poor hotel with lot of problems related to resources human or other: *Shuttle facility is available but number of guest is too high. Only one driver for 240 suites. *Dishwasher and other cleaning agents are not available many time. I stayed twice in this hotel to visit our corporate HQ in Sunnyvale. Both stays were great. the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great and people are very friendly. There is complimentary internet in the rooms. Some rooms have wired internet but wireless is OK as well. more
