I stayed here once as it was very cheap and it is owned by pacific hotels which has other locations in the area that are decent hotels but this place is just dirty and the element of people here is also shady. I wouldn't stay here again even if the price were dropped to $10 a night.

I only stayed one night and its definitely not the cleanest hotel but the price is right and the hotel is in a great location near a shopping center and streets of local restaurants and the train stop. The room was fine but a little grimy and everything was old and outdated. It looked like they were doing some construction... More

I've spent couple of months in this hotel, still alive and kicking. Of course, this is not a Hilton or even Best Western, but when the price was about $45 per night (extended stay in 2011-2012), it was worth. If you have limited budget - this place is for you. Ask queen-size rooms (first floor), because others are extremely small... More

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel one night (it was supposed to be two, but it was too bad to stay for two). The rooms are dirty; stains on the rug, yellowed sheets and the lumpiest pillows I have ever seen (you will have to sleep in your clothes, I used my rolled up fleece jacket as... More

Horrible place to stay. Don't understand how this place is even open. First we checked in for a 3 day stay and were put in a room that the bathroom light didn't work, then try to open the window & it opens the roof of the floor below us and the exhaust fans, the room thermostat didn't work so there... Rooms are small and dirty. Carpet was dark, torn at many places and very dirty. Bed covers had cigarette holes - although I was staying in a non-smoking room. Lighting is insufficient in the room. Lobby smelled bad. The key selling point - Jacuzzi - didn't work. Bathroom fixtures are ancient. You get to hear Caltrain every now and then.... More

The only good about this hotel is its location, near caltrain , Target, Maycy's... Also, The staff are good and informative. The room is terrible, small, dirty,...... The hotel smell bad. The water pressure is low in the second level. The complimentary breakfast is a big lie and...................... Before coming here consider that you are paying at least 60$ ,... More

Filthy dirty, slept in my clothes because the bed was not clean. drunks came to the room next door at 4am. I gave up sleeping and left at 5. Cigarette smoke and other stink in the halls and room. NOT WORTH THE COST EVEN IF FREE!

Quite the nightmare. The only way this hotel makes money is by exploiting foreign students, tourists and the disadvantaged. The sad thing is, if you pay $100 rather than $60, it would make a world of difference. This place would be okay if you are into sharing your bathroom with all the hotel guests, enjoy filthy rooms and you have... More

My last stay at this hotel of the end of winter 2012 was a "nightmare". After a late afternoon check-in I found my room wouldn't lock from the outside. When calling the front desk about the matter an old lady at the front desk said that she would notify Maintenance, I waited several minutes and therefore had to go to... More
